Share selected records with a provider
Create an encrypted package that contains only your chosen records.
1. Open Tools → Provider sharing and choose the family profile. Select the individual memories, growth records and appointments you want to include. Photos are a separate opt-in choice.
2. Attach only the PDFs needed for this recipient. The app accepts up to 20 PDFs, each up to 8 MB. Remove any attachment you do not want to send.
3. Enter and confirm a password of at least 12 characters. Review the selection and the safety acknowledgement, then prepare the package and confirm its record counts.
4. Save both the encrypted bundle and its matching key file. Give the recipient the bundle, matching key and password through appropriately separate, secure channels. They can use the independent recovery page to decrypt locally.
Changing the selection invalidates a prepared package; prepare it again before saving. No package is automatically sent and no hosted sharing link is created. Once a recipient has a copy and its recovery information, you cannot remotely revoke it.
