Record and export growth history
Keep measurements, sizes and observations for each profile.
1. Open Tools → Growth records. Choose the family profile and measurement date.
2. Enter height in centimeters, weight in kilograms, sleep hours, sizes or notes. Leave an unused measurement blank. Save the growth record.
3. Under Growth history, choose the profile and check the exact values listed below the charts. Edit growth record changes an existing measurement; Save updates it.
4. Export PDF or Export HTML creates a readable, unencrypted report after you confirm. Review the file before sending it.
Charts show your recorded history. They do not calculate medical percentiles, compare children, diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Discuss health questions with a qualified clinician.
