Prepare an appointment report
Save questions, answers and follow-up notes for a visit.
1. Open Tools → Appointment reports. Choose the profile, date and time, provider or clinic, reason for visit and status.
2. Enter observations, medications and allergies. Separate medications and allergies with commas, and enter each question on its own line. Save the appointment.
3. Edit the saved appointment to record answers and mark answered questions. Update its status and follow-up notes, then save again.
4. Choose whether to include growth history before exporting a report. The PDF and HTML reports are unencrypted, so check every included detail before sharing.
An appointment record does not book a visit, contact a clinic, send a prescription or guarantee a notification. Confirm arrangements directly with the provider.
